638jl Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "638jl," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the 638jl gaming platform accessible at 638jl.net.
• "Platform" refers to the 638jl website, mobile site, and any associated applications or services provided under the 638jl brand.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 638jl Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the 638jl Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's 638jl Account, including real-money deposits and any applicable bonus credits.
• "Bonus Credits" refers to any promotional funds, free bets, or non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by 638jl.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Credit amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.

By accessing the 638jl Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 638jl Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

638jl reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and use the 638jl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 638jl, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had a 638jl Account suspended or permanently closed for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or any other restriction that would prohibit your participation in online gaming.

638jl reserves the right to decline registration or suspend an Account if, in its sole discretion, it determines that a Player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in this section.

To access the full features of the 638jl Platform, you must create a registered Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one active 638jl Account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 638jl employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and any balances forfeited.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 638jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must promptly notify 638jl's support team if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. 638jl reserves the right to suspend any Account pending investigation of suspected unauthorized access.

Deposits: 638jl accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 638jl aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes of approval; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically completed within one (1) to three (3) business days.

• Withdrawals will only be processed once any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Credits have been satisfied.
• 638jl reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts — accounts not registered in the Player's own name — are strictly prohibited.
• 638jl reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits on a per-transaction or per-period basis.

638jl may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may be restricted based on account status, location, or payment method.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Credits and any winnings derived from Bonus Credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• 638jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the creation of multiple accounts, will be voided and the associated Account may be permanently closed.
• Where a Player's real-money balance and Bonus Credit balance coexist, real-money funds will be used first for wagering, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

All games available on the 638jl Platform — including slots, live casino games, bingo, sports betting, and all other game categories — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

Random Number Generators: All non-live games on the 638jl Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to determine game outcomes. These RNGs are independently tested to ensure that results are genuinely random and not influenced by any external factor, including previous game outcomes or the size of a Player's wager.

Live Dealer Games: Live casino games are streamed from regulated studios. The conduct of live dealer games is governed by the rules of the respective game as displayed in the live game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, 638jl's system will record the game state at the point of disconnection and resolve the round accordingly.

Sports Betting: Sports betting markets, odds, and settlement rules are governed by 638jl's sportsbook rules, which are published separately on the Platform. 638jl reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred or where the integrity of an event is in question.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 638jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker or other competitive game formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to 638jl's support team immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including family members.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 638jl staff or other Players.

638jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling is no longer enjoyable or is causing financial, emotional, or social harm, we encourage you to use the tools available on the Platform or seek external support.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 638jl Players through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in or receive promotional communications from 638jl.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net gaming activity for the session.

All content on the 638jl Platform — including but not limited to the 638jl name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of 638jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 638jl.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any 638jl trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of 638jl's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 638jl.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 638jl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond 638jl's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or service offered thereon.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by third-party game providers, subject to 638jl's obligations under Section 7.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 638jl's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

638jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Player — 638jl will provide advance notice via the email address registered to your Account or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform upon login. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the 638jl Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting 638jl's support team.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

The failure of 638jl to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by 638jl.
